New York apartments are small. Mine is no exception. If you’re going to spend a lot of money on a little space, you might as well love every inch of it. Sprucing up your space with new pieces can really make your apartment feel more like a home.
I’ve been in my apartment for almost 2 years now, and I’ve just started to get the itch for change. But a complete change means hunting, and brokers, and movers, and a whole lotta stress I’m not interested in. Instead, I’ve focused my energy on adding some new touches to our current space.
So this Wednesday, my currently coveted items reflect my new-found home decor obsession. It’s not even really a wish list … it’s an inevitable list. We’ve already purchased a similar rug, and are waiting to pull the trigger on the entertainment center and bench.
All these new purchases have got me really excited about our place again. Just like with your wardrobe: when you feel like a complete overhaul is necessary, usually the best thing to do is fine little ways to make upgrades.
