Wantable Box ~ April

Wantable delivery day is like Christmas morning. I hustled up the elevator and tore in to my goodie box the second I walked into the door. It’s so fun getting treats in the mail!

For those of you that don’t remember, Wantable is subscription-based service for makeup, accessories, and intimates. Last month was my first order, and my accessories box was pretttttty great … I didn’t think it was possible to like April’s box even more … but I just love it!!

A New York Love Affair

Since you already know what Wantable is, I thought it’d be fun to talk a little bit about each piece, and how I plan to style it. Suggestions? Alternative ways for styling? Leave it in the comments below!

Bailey Necklace – $24 – Such a great statement necklace … very Athenian. I’m inclined to pair it with a lower cut dress in a solid color, letting the necklace take center stage. But since the necklace is bold but not loud, I think you could also pair with a subtle, playful print.

Ivy Watch – $30 – Loving this turquoise embellished time piece! It’s something I would never think to buy for myself, but can’t wait to wear. It adds the perfect pop of color to your everyday outfit. I see myself wearing this with something like white jeans and a chambray. And I definitely plan on layering on the gold bracelets for one fabulous arm party!

Vilda Bracelet – $18 – Simple. Classic. I’m a huge fan of the gold and silver combo, because you can wear it with any outfit. I guarantee I’ll be stacking this with some of my favorite Lizzibeth and Stella & Dot pieces for a chunkier, casual look.

London Scarf – $22 – My favorite item in the box! This scarf is the perfect balance of lightweight and voluminous. I just love the mix of neon pinks and oranges, and plan to have this on heavy rotation into spring and summer. I’ve already worn it two times, two completely different ways. Pair it with a neutral look to let the colors pop, OR (if you’re feeling sassy) layer it over some color-blocking for an even brighter ensemble.

As if the accessories weren’t enough, our “friendly neighborhood fashion addicts” left me with a little piece of wisdom too:

A day without sunshine is like, you know, night.”

HA! Thanks Wantable!! Can’t wait for May.
