All white, everything – not just for sneakers anymore. Wearing all white isn’t as easy as pulling off the all black look, but with a few easy tips you can embrace one of this season’s hottest trends.
Tip 1: Texture. Like any outfit, too much of the same can be a bad thing. But playing with different fabrics and textures is a great way to add some dimension to your sleek look.
Tip 2: Fit. To me, white exudes a crisp, clean feeling. Build off of that by creating a look that’s full of smart, structured pieces. If you want to wear a flowy top, pair it with a tailored pant or structured jacket. It’s all about creating a well-balanced look, fit for your body.

Tip 3: Avoid matching. You know how they say: “it doesn’t have to match, it just has to go”? That’s how I feel about pairing your whites. Your look doesn’t have to be all perfectly curated pieces in the same shade of ultra-white. Just keep it in the same family. Mixing in variations of ivory or off-white adds another layer of interest to your look.
Tip 4: Accessorize. Your all white look can be the perfect backdrop for a statement piece should you so choose. Throw on a brightly colored clutch or even bold shoe for maximal effect. Or keep it more minimalist with just a pop of color on your lips. The options are endless.
Tip 5: Confidence. This will be your best accessory. It is definitely a bolder style choice, and the chances of you spilling are much higher, but if you own it you’ll have no problems looking hot while staying cool.
