Black, black, black and more black … the signature color of fashion weeks everywhere. We wear black on black all the time, and it is consistently associated with high fashion. But what about its counterpart? The ying to black’s yang? This fashion week, I decided to switch things up … kiss the archaic fashion rules goodbye, and join Team White After Labor Day.

White is equally as timeless, but I think it makes an even bigger statement. In white you can be chic and polished, and still be eye-catching. As you pull together your all white looks, don’t stress about matching the shades exactly. The beauty of white is that it’s a neutral, so whites, ivories, and even nudes can pair together with ease.
I decided to add a little autumn flair to my look with oxblood pieces from head to toe. With white as a backdrop, the deep burgundy accents really popped, adding a playful touch to a more classic look.
Bring the drama with a long statement vest or duster, perfect for layering over dresses and tops alike. If you haven’t scooped one up this season — what are you waiting for?! It’s my absolute must-have piece for the fall, and I’ve bought one in every single color.
